1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Train Smarter platform (www.train-smarter.at). By registering and using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
Train Smarter is a web-based training management platform for coaches and athletes. The platform enables training planning, athlete management, progress tracking, and communication.
3. User Account
A user account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your account. Each person may only have one account.
4. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via the Privacy Settings. After deletion, a 30-day grace period applies during which the account can be reactivated upon request.
6. Liability
We are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure, technical disruptions at third-party providers, or improper use. The platform is provided without guarantee of availability.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
